Amanda
F. Vassigh
Amanda F. Vassigh has been an Associate
Attorney with the Law Offices of Robert L. Goldstein
since 2003. She represents clients in tax controversies
at all administrative levels, including exams, appeals,
and the collection process and works with our client
to execute effective strategies for resolving their
tax issues. She also works extensively on litigation
matters pending before the U.S. District Court and
the U.S. Tax Court.
Amanda graduated from Loyola Law School in Los Angeles,
CA and received her undergraduate degree from the
University of California, Santa Cruz. Amanda is a
certified court mediator.
Amanda‘s recent volunteer work includes providing
legal counsel in the corporate formation of a non-profit
international health services organization. In
this capacity, she handled the corporate filing,
including preparing articles of incorporation, filing
for Federal 501(c)(3) and California tax exempt status,
drafting bylaws, and advising the Board of Directors
as to their responsibilities.
